At Thee Silk Standard, every order is carefully sourced to ensure you receive the exceptional quality you deserve. To maintain our luxury standards, all hair extensions are available on a pre-order basis.

Pre-Order Window

• Pre-orders are open from 4th July 2026 until 13th July 2026.
• Orders placed during this period will be secured as part of our launch pre-order.

Processing & Shipping

• Once the pre-order window has closed, your order will be carefully prepared, quality checked, and packaged with care.
• Orders are estimated to begin shipping from 30th July 2026. While this is our estimated dispatch date, some orders may be shipped sooner.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Order Changes

• As each order is specially sourced, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been placed. If you require assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
